Can't cancel vaccine and can't attend

DD is isolating (awaiting results) pretty sure not Covid as did a LFT which was negative but as she has a cough and cold symptoms we have done the PCR because of school, results should be back tomorrow and I am hopeful it's negative. We have already all had Covid last year and it was different.

Anyway I was booked for vaccine dose 1 today, I obviously can't go as she is symptomatic but I went to try and amend the booking online and it won't let me. Called 119 and no answer there.

Anyone know what happens? Will I be allowed to re-book at some point?

@flashylamp - it wasn't just you though! @esmereldamargaretnotespelling is just shocked (as was I!) that so many posters were telling the OP to just turn up at the vaccination centre! One PP even went as far to say that they were '95%' certain that the OP didn't need to isolate 🤦‍♀️

To be honest, I also despair that after so long, people still don't know the probably number 1 rule of Covid.

It's not as though it's changed either, it's been consistent the whole time, even before lockdown. I remember our household even had to isolate the week before lockdown when my DS had a temperature. And in those days, you couldn't get a test either so had to do the full 14 days (though bizarrely at that time for a little while, you were allowed out for exercise!)
