Can I meet a group of mum friends in a soft play now ?

I'm confused, can I try and get my group of mum friends together and meet at the local soft play. Or am I limited to only meeting one of a family still? Do kids count towards a six this time? I like to get out of the house and support a local business.

Yes, keeping to rule of 6. Kids count in the rule of 6. So you could meet with two other mums with their babies, sit together, have a drink, babies play together.

Obviously anyone can book onto a soft play session so you can actually have more than that, but you wouldn't all be allowed to sit together and chat if there was more than 6 in the group.

Our local one is 6 to a table including children masks on every time you leave your table

Yes. I’m meeting 5 mates & their kids on Friday. We’ve all booked separately & we’ll have to sit on different tables for coffee/lunch. Rule of 6 & kids count. But nothing to stop the kids playing together & us having a chat while we stand watching 🤷🏼‍♀️

Masks on for adults obviously. I went today & softplay is WARM with a mask on running & climbing around after my toddler 😂
