Moderna vaccine but AZ leaflet?

Hi,
I was given the Moderna vaccine today and my sticker says Moderna as well, however I was given the AZ leaflet with the clotting warning and everything related to AZ to take home. I am a bit confused now and I'm wondering whether it's worth phoning 119.
As far as I know this vaccine center isn't doing any AZ.
I'm just very confused :-(

You almost certainly got what's on the sticker. The AZ materials were likely given to you by mistake. Can you contact the vaccine center?

It's much, much more likely to be a simple mistake with the leaflet than with the vaccine.

The sticker will be correct.

If you have the NHS App, you should also be able to see your vaccination information there really soon. I had my vaccine yesterday and the info is already on the app today.

This sounds like my worst nightmare! If you have the NHS app you may be able to log in and see proof of what you were given?

I got my vaccine at St Helens Rugby ground and I couldn't find a contact number. I wanted to contact them before my appointment to ask if I can bring my child in a pram. (Which was OK, everyone was lovely with him and he even got a sticker as well.)

Sorry, I see @nordica has already suggested that . It's Friday night and my brain is all over the place!

If your record card says Moderna, you had Moderna.

The leaflet was probably all they had available & the common side effects are much the same whichever vaccine you have.
