Has anyone had both Pfizer and no side effects?

Got my second Pfizer next week and am in the middle of a very busy time at work and some exams coming up. I didn’t have any effects apart from a slightly sore arm after my first and am now rather apprehensive the second is going to put me out of action for a few days. I know no one can tell me definitively but has anyone sailed through both Pfizer’s without issue or am I doomed to some level of illness next week?

I had minor side effects with first dose and none apart from sore arm with the second!

Mum2Immy · 13/08/2021 12:51

Ive just had my 2nd and feel dreadful. Nothing with the first one but this has really knocked me out. I’ve got no energy or strength whatsoever. Whenever baby sleeps, I am sleeping.

No side effects here from Pfizer

vaxmeup · 13/08/2021 14:55

No side effects here beyond a sore arm after first dose and perhaps felt more tired than usual but could have been psychosomatic! Second dose had a slight sore arm (less painful than first time) and nothing else.

ABitOfAShitShow · 13/08/2021 14:58

Me! Sore arm (normal for jabs) and nothing else.

Mandalay246 · 13/08/2021 23:48

Me - all I had was a slightly achy arm.

Giggorata · 14/08/2021 10:27

Also me. 🙂

Cherir20 · 14/08/2021 16:14

I had mine 2 hours ago and am absolutely EXHAUSTED ! I am jealous of all these sore arm stories ! I have a 10 month old to look after so not looking forward to the rest of the day … AHh!

After the first dose I felt slightly cold for a few hours the following evening. After the second dose I got some soreness around where the injection had been when I was briskly pushing DS up a hill in his buggy. That's it Smile

QueenofKattegat · 14/08/2021 16:22

Same here. No side effects whatsoever.

MissCruellaDeVil · 14/08/2021 16:24

Me, no side effects apart from redness in the arm at the injection site.

LoveFall · 14/08/2021 16:45

Sore arm with both. Did not limit my activities. I don't know anyone who had anything different except a fee said a very mild headache.

MonsterJammin · 14/08/2021 17:47

DH, DSis, DBIL and I. All just had the sore arm but it didn't stop up doing anything. DH and I were at CrossFit/playing football within hours both times.

GreatBigBeautifulTommorow · 14/08/2021 17:52

Yep 1st Pfizer wouldn’t have known I’d had it.
Second 11 weeks later, slightly achey arm.
Getting ready for boosters, hope that’s the same!

IceLace100 · 14/08/2021 19:18

After my second Pfizer I had a slight headache for one day. Basically was symptomless!

Redcrayons · 14/08/2021 19:21

My mum. She’s joked that they gave her a dummy one because she didn’t even have a sore arm either time.

She’s pretty stoic to be fair.

Alternista · 14/08/2021 19:21

Sore arm after first, literally nothing after second.

RoseAndGeranium · 14/08/2021 19:24

My arm hurt badly after both and I was quite fatigued the day after the second jab but not so much that I couldn’t take care of my toddler as usual. I’d have been able to do a day at work for sure. Fingers crossed you’ll be no worse!

FellWanderer · 14/08/2021 19:25

The only side effect I had for both jabs was a sore arm.

ifonly4 · 14/08/2021 19:25

I only know five who've had Pfizer, none had any side effects whatsoever with either vaccine, ages 19, one in 20s, one in 30s, one 80, the other 84.

BusySittingDown · 14/08/2021 19:26

1st dose nothing, not even sore arm. 2nd dose slightly sore arm like a bruise at the site of injection, other than that nothing!

DariaMorgendorffer · 14/08/2021 19:34

Me Smile other than a mildly tender arm for a few hours after jab 2.

CaptainMyCaptain · 14/08/2021 19:36

First in February, second in May. I'm fine.

Immaculatemisconception · 14/08/2021 19:38

Me and DH have had both, no side effects.

Onesipmore · 14/08/2021 19:38

No side effects first or second. Slightly sore arm that's it.
