Moderna - Madjeski Reading

Has anyone had their vaxx today/last couple of days at Madjeski Reading & if so was it Moderna ? Oh had it there 10 days ago & I'm booked in there for tomorrow so am curious to know if anyone has been lately & which one they got ?! Thanks.

Sounds like ithey are also booking the type of vaccine we get when we book the appointment instead of just getting whatever is available when we get there ? But if moderna is used up, that would just mean we get AZ for both appointments

Would be very useful - I want to cancel the appointments if it's AZ. I will just go to a closer one instead in that case. Thank you!

I've been this evening & I got Moderna ! I asked how much longer they would be doing Moderna there for & she wouldn't say exactly, just that they would be switching to AZ by the end of the week. I would presume if today was the last day she would've said.

DH is booked in for 5:30 tomorrow, fingers crossed it’s still moderna. I’m not eligible yet kind of hoping moderna supply will be bumped up before my age group is released now, although in all honesty I’ll take AZ IF that’s all that’s going

DH is booked in for 5:30 tomorrow, fingers crossed it’s still moderna. I’m not eligible yet kind of hoping moderna supply will be bumped up before my age group is released now, although in all honesty I’ll take AZ IF that’s all that’s going
I got the impression it would still be Moderna tomorrow as when I asked how much longer they would be doing it for i would think she'd have said today is the last day if they weren't doing it tomorrow. Fingers x for your DH tomorrow 🤞

Any hint as to what they're doing tomorrow would be great if he gets any... I was going to try and ring them and ask but there doesn't appear to be a number. Thanks!

Currently sat outside Madjeski and it’s a big mess. Marshall’s said the booking system had glitched and booked in far more people than it should, they are currently running behind by about 90 min, but that everyone would get their shot just a bit delayed. I’m pretty sure he also said they Are on to AZ now, but I’ll confirm when DH comes back.

I had mine today at majeski and it was AZ. They said they only know on day by day basis. Only realised when I was in the queue and booked in and it was written on my card.

Yes I booked to go on my lunch break but luckily my husband too me, so I jumped out and got in the queue whilst he queued to park. I was there 45 minutes in all but others in queue had appointments booked in for hour or so earlier took them a while to park. Lady said they had brought in lots extra staff for the day as had so many bookings.

Yeah we got lucky too, I told DH to jump out of the car while I parked, not even realizing there was a massive queue (I’m just shit at parking and didn’t want a witness Blush) everyone who parked up by me were told to wait in their cars and they would be called over when it was their turn, they were still sitting in their cars when DH got back, and I think it took him about 45-50 min in total
