Hot swollen arm, had 2nd Vaccine last Tuesday

I am not sure if I should be concerned or not. I had my second vaccine (Pfizer) last Tuesday, felt a bit run down for a few days but feel OK now apart from the arm that I had the jab in has become hot and swollen about 5 inch below the injection site. It's only started today, it's not painful but I can feel it (if you know what I mean).

I don't know if to bother 111 or not.

When receiving my 1st AZ jab, I was told to seek medical help if I have hot swollen leg/calf as that could be a sign of blood clots. Not sure about hot swollen arm though. I would call 111 if I were you, just to be sure.

Someone I know got this, the GP called it Covid Arm! Definitely seek advice, she's been quite unwell.

I've been online on NHS direct, it says to contact my GP. Will see how it feels in the morning. Thanks for the advice.

Just an update if anybody searches for a similar thing. My arm started getting worse so I rang 111, they don't think it's anything to do with the jab. It's too far away from the entry point so going to make an appointment with my GP tomorrow. (They also said it doesn't raise any red flags)

Thanks for update, hope you get well soon.

Another update. My arm seemed to get better but on Thursday it swelled again. I spoke to my GP on Friday who thinks I've got Cellulitis from the injection and has put me on a course of antibiotics.
