No vaccine appointment in Brighton

Hello! Does anyone know when new vaccine appointment can be expected to open up in Brighton? Have been trying to book for days but nothing coming up even nearby, even though Brighton is supposed to have more centres and even mobile units. Thank you!

I had this, kept being offered Portsmouth & Epsom, i kept trying & got the Brighton Centre on day three of trying but then over the next week got texts about the mobile vaccination hubs, and other locations / I think it just takes a few days to settle

I had this for several days in my neck of the woods; took about a week for anything to be available in the venue near me. Like Enter says, it just takes a while to settle down (I suspect that's especially the case in areas where take-up may be keener, which would.def be the case around here, and probably in Brighton too).

Thank you, I will keep trying then. I do wonder if maybe there is a priority system for the different eligible age groups and I just don't fall into it yet.
