I know it's hard to believe, but in the event that accurx cheap web-only booking system isn't suitable for some patients, and their GP practice goes "Do what ?" when asked about how to book a patient + carer together for their second vaccine - what is available ?

On the basis blind and less able patients would also be unable to book online, and I am sure AccuRx are completely dedicated to the equality act, what am I missing ?

Phone call from GPs.But they say it's nothing to do with them now.

Call and speak to someone else there. Ask them who is running the programme for second doses in your area. AccuRx is just the software they are using to book, in our practice our receptionists can access it and book for a patient who is unable to but this may be different in every area. Generally speaking, people who have received a text message invite and don't respond will get a phone call at some point. They usually make three attempts to invite in total, the first two may be by text message.
