Has the covid jab messed with your menstrual cycle?

Had my 1st AZ jab.. then got my period 2 weeks early..continual spotting followed by a heavy period about 2 weeks later and still spotting. I have weird periods anyway and this could be fobbed off as peri menopause.. however... this is more than a coincidence and I am reading it has affected other women too. Anyone else?

They always dismiss period things as 'Oh it's normal to have messed up periods. It's probably hormones. It's probably menopause. It's probably anxiety'.

Mine has started when expected. Slightly disappointed as hoped it would move mine as it’s currently on schedule to arrive during my holiday!

AZ dose 1at the end of my previous period.

Subsequent period started 5 days early. Am usually 28 days or so. This was 23.

But am also 43 so could be peri?

Lots and lots of peri menopausal women having jabs = lots and lots of women with disorganised menstrual cycled having jabs.

The two things aren’t connected, this is confirmation bias at its finest!

Mine gushed the next day - still going. It's way heavier than I've ever had before too. Not normal at all and I'm not peri.

I just found his American article. Seems it's not uncommon.

No. I’m 35 and have had my first dose of AZ, my period arrived exactly on time. I am always very regular and experienced no changes.

Yep had 1st AZ weeks ago. Period was late, very short and very light.
