Can you diagnose Long Covid?

I had a horrible fever/cough/severe headache bug last February. Since then I have felt very run down, fuggy-headed, exhausted and breathless. I had my first vaccination 6 weeks ago and now feel even worse.

I am seeing my GP (via video) and have had full bloods done. I'm now (totally self-diagnosing!) wondering if the nasty bug I had last Feb was covid and if I am suffering from Long Covid - or if something else is going on. Can they actually diagnose long covid? Or is it too late to tell if I had it last year now I have had my jab?

Anyone else feel the same?
