Before I start - I do have anxiety and have suffers for years.

I have had both doses of the vaccine, second dose last week, and today I feel so anxious about it. A friend, who refuses to have the vaccine, was telling me some awful stuff about it and now I'm a wreck, regretting having it. I can't tell anyone in real life because they will think I'm crazy but I feel so anxious and can't concentrate

Why would you regret it? If you have not had any issues with the first one, and therefore was fine to get the second dose, you're laughing.

Congratulations, more like. You've protection against the risk of Covid.

Please try not to worry, I know it's easier said than done.. but if you look at the statistics - millions have had the vaccines and it's only a very small amount of issues, and even then, those people could have become ill regardless of the vaccine.

I just had my second yesterday & I've been feeling anxious about it, wondering if I did the right thing, so I do understand. I also think if we read all the leaflets and side effects for any medicine or medical procedure we'd never take or have any! I remember reading an antibiotics label that said side effects including black furry tongue and it freaked me out!

Try do something to take your mind of it Thanks
