No booking number confirmation for vaccine - agghh!

Hello,

I spent ages today booking a vaccine for my DH and finally got somewhere. I have screenshots of the two bookings at a vaccination centre but no confirmation of the booking numbers has been sent to his mobile or email (I asked for both). Is this going to be an issue? I can't view the booking as I need the booking number. I did book them and he can prove that from my screenshots but is this enough with name, DOB and postcode as I used to book? Asking as it is Thursday so no time to check elsewhere.

I have managed to book both dh and myself in for our first doses next week. But neither of us have had any confirmation texts or emails either. I have screenshotted the booking confirmations and will wait a few more days before worrying.

I've had both doses now and didn't get confirmation. I just screen shotted (and worried a bit) but it was fine

I booked my second today & haven’t had a confirmation email either. I think the system is just slow when this busy

Happened to my BiL. He turned up at the appointed time and they jabbed him anyway. I was asked to show my confirmation when I turned up (different centre) so dont know what would have happened if I hadnt got it. My advice would be to try and sort it but if you cant, go anyway.

Does your screenshot have a booking number?
Did you get to the screen where it gave you a booking number?

A lot of people don't realise that once you have picked your date and get to the screen you have to scroll down and click on "confirm" right at the bottom of the screen.

We get 1 or 2 a day at our vaccine centre.

Try to book it again - after entering the personal details, if a booking exists for that person you'll be asked to enter a booking ref. At this point you can close the window and know you just need to wait for the confirmation to come through.

Thanks all. I stupidly did not screenshot the numbers but internet history has enabled me to go back and get them. At least I achieved something today. Thanks for all the help, it was greatly appreciated.
