I've lost my reference number

In the excitement of booking a vaccine I didn't write the ref number down. Will I need it for my appointment? If yes where can I retrieve it from? Many thanks

I didn’t get an email - check your history - my confirmation page was there.

I didn't get mine so called 119 and they gave it to me.

I didn't get the email. Booked last night and went in this afternoon. No problems. They had my name.

I got over excited and logged out without writing mine down but did as a pp advised and it was on my internet history

I didn't take a reference number with me, although I did have the text. They just looked me up on their paper list by name & DOB.
