How long are test results taking at the moment?

DH developed symptoms yesterday and as a result the kids have had to take time of school, and I can not return to work until he gets a negative test! He got tested this morning at a drive in clinic at 9am. Anyone been tested recently who could give a rough idea of turn around times in their experience? Has anyone had a test back in under 12 hours? I work nights and was hoping to be able to return this evening should he get a negative test!

Tested last Thursday at 12.30, heard the next morning at 8. Sussex

Just had a result back today 23 hours after test. Yorkshire

You usually get the next morning well in my experience , out household all tested at different times and all gut back the next morning.

Tested at 11.30 this morning, result back at 8.30 this evening. Very impressed

DH test 12pm last Tuesday, email about 2.30am next morning, so less than 15 hours

I've been waiting 6 days. I think Royal Mail have lost it
