Shingles, and 2nd covid vaccine

I’ve had shingles for 2 weeks now. My spots ace scabbed. I’m due the 2nd covid vaccine next week. Is it safe to proceed?

I would ask 119 or your GP (although I suspect 119 will be better placed to answer).

They do ask if there have been any changes in your health when you attend so I doubt you’d receive it unless you satisfied their criteria but it’s best to save yourself the trip if it is going to be an issue.
