Weird bruise rash 2 weeks after first AZ vacinne

Has anyone had something like this on their body? It’s on my lower back. Doesn’t hurt, doesn’t feel like a bruise.
Have rung 111 and a clinician is ringing back
Just wondering if anyone has had it?

My Grandmother had this on her legs, from sitting too close to a fire. She called it the colloquial name “Devil’s kisses” !!
