Pain in legs after AZ vaccine

I had the vaccine about a month ago now, so I have no idea if it is related or not, but for the last few days I have been getting pains in my legs and I'm a bit concerned about it.

I want to add that I am in no way anti vaccine, I just noticed another thread where a woman mentioned she had leg pain after the vaccine.

Has anyone else experienced this? I will be contacting my doctor today.

Two weeks since my vaccine and I've had aching inner thigh on right hand leg since Wednesday. Did a 5k the previous day so may be related. I'm keeping an eye out for any swelling or redness, but it's worrying as blood clots may not skyways have these symptoms. All the blood clot AZ need is not helping my anxiety levels. 😞

Both legs?

Not a blood clot then - that would affect one leg.

@bookworm1632 Yes, both legs. Achey and sharp pains around my thighs and knees. Also had sharp pain in my left calf yesterday evening.

I have no idea what it is

My mum had her vaccine 7 weeks ago. Pain in her hip ever since that goes down her leg into her knee area.

Theres a journalist on Twitter - Mike Yardly - journaling all of the side effects he still has weeks after the vaccine. Leg pain is one of them. Remember to Yellow Card report any side effects so they can collect the data (and have a look at what's already been reported on there)

I love all these people saying 'definitely not a clot'. The armchair doctors are out in force today.

Friend of mine got off a long haul flight a year and a half ago. Clots in both legs. If he'd listened to you people instead of heading to A&E he may well be dead.
