Which is the best anti COVID nasal spray? Anyone with more knowledge than me?

I have a doctor's appointment for something potentially serious where I won't be able to wear a mask (problem in the throat). Can't delay til I'm vaccinated which could be a while off. I'm an idiot for leaving this for at least 6 months as it doesn't look right at all.

I'm going to use one of the nasal sprays, I've seen some are approved by the UK regulators.

Taffix?
SaNOtize?
Viraleze?

I'm looking at them now but I'm rubbish with science type stuff.

Anyone can tell which one is best??

Thanks Smile Smile.

I've used the Boots first response colds and flu one all the way through the pandemic. ( working with vulnerable people) Forgot where I put it when I moved in January and contracted Covid

The doctor examining you will be wearing a mask to protect you and will have had one dose of vaccine, if not both, which also offers some protection. If you have a problem with your throat, I wouldn’t be using any nasal spray.

Well the doctor will have been vaccinated, probably twice, and she will be in full PPE, so I wouldn’t worry too much.

You could gargle with Corsodyl, my dentist made me do that before I saw her, but honestly, you’ll be fine!

Thanks @springisintheair2021. I've used the Vicks one before. I'll give it a try.

Thanks @Mindymomo. I did think that re the doctor having likely had at least one vaccine. I'm worried tbh but can't put it off any longer. I have one swollen tonsil for at least 6 months, permanent redness round it only on that one side and a definite feeling of 'something' behind it, blocked ear feeling, and swallowing feels weird. All at least 6 months and I think it's gradually worse. Almost certainly had strains of oral HPV in the past (it's in my cervix and I had a period in late teens early 20s regrettably where I had literally 100s of unprotected oral partners). I vape too. I'm really, really hoping it's just a tonsil or gland stone or something (had parotid gland out for tumour as a child). I'm an idiot for not going sooner. Like many people last year I was thinking "after the pandemic.."
