So my DF is single and our bubble. Can he for example come for a picnic with us as our household to meet 1 other household.. My dB and sil.
So would be 2 families?

I was wondering the same. Yesterday I met two family members who are in a support/childcare bubble and I was with my dc. Is that two or three households?

As far asI know support bubbles count as one household when meeting others but childcare bubbles do not.

They have always counted as one household before I think its unlikely to change now
