Pins and needles in toes (Anyone else after Covid)

Hi,

Unsure whether to post this here or in general health. Will start here though. I had Covid back at the end of December start of January. (Possibly for the second time,)

Any over since then I keep getting pins and needles in the toes of both of my feet.

I am trying to work out if this is an after Covid thing or something I need to ask the doctor about.

If post Covid then I won't worry too much, otherwise I will fill in an online form for the GP

Many thanks

Low b12 can cause pins & needles in toes (amongst other things) so it would be worth filling a form in for the GP.

Thank you

That was what I was possibly thinking as another option

I have that in hands.
But also if i sit wrong etc can cause it in feet etc when i wouldnt before.
I also have muscle twitching in legs.
Ive tried b12 it doesnt seem to be working.
B12 could be if you are veggie/vegan or on metformin or after gas and air.

Im starting to wonder if it's maybe low BP?

I had electric shock type pains in my foot after the jab for about half a day. They've gone now, thankfully.
