does vaccine protect against long covid?

I understand the risks of being hospitalised etc are. much lower, but I know 2 people with long covid & that's what I'm most scared of.

We won't know for a while, but I think it's a reasonable assumption that if you don't develop covid or only have a very mild case of it, that you're very unlikely to develop long covid. There's also the fact that many people who do have long covid recover from it after getting vaccinated.

It's far too early for any kind of data on this. There have been less the 5 million second doses and with the number of cases going down along with the vaccine protection it will take quite some time to get enough infections to draw any conclusions imo
