Odd message on vaccine booking service

DH is in the CEV group and trying to book vaccines for household members; online it says

"According to your vaccination records, you have been allocated a coronavirus vaccine not currently available through this booking service.

Contact your GP surgery for advice on how to book your vaccination appointment"

Anyone know what this is about? He's 16. Thanks

Is there a reason he can’t have the Oxford?

Is it only Pfizer that's available to 16 year old?

He needs to have the Pfizer vaccine. It's currently the only one available in the UK if you're under 18
