Cough side effect of vaccine?

DH had vaccine 12 hours ago and now aching, congested and coughing. Is coughing a side effect of the Oxford AZ vaccine

No. He needs a covid test. They told me I might feel a bit rubbish but if it lasts more than a few days OR lose smell, cough then I must take a test.

He can get a test tomorrow. Just looked at NHS site and a cough is listed as a common side effect as part of mild flu symptoms. Thanks for the replies.
