2 weeks ago I had a sore throat and snotty nose, did LFT on Monday and Thursday both negative, Sunday positive and coughing started PCR Monday was positive. My nose is still blocked /snotty anyone else had this how long did it last?

I cough but not terribly and go through phases of feeling Sick but am worn down.

Your nose symptoms are your innate immune system attempting to rid itself of the virus. These can persist for a short while after the virus is rid from the body. Sounds like you're still ill though, if PCR was +ve Monday and you're still feeling sick...

The good news is that since your symptoms have been very limited for 2 weeks, your illness is likely to stay mild. See how you feel next week and don't worry :)

Do try to rest as much as you can though as persistent symtoms are more likely in those who have not rested. So don't push on, try to rest, hydrate, eat well etc where you can.

I had covid a few weeks ago and had a snotty/blocked nose for about 4 days at the tail end of it. I used olbas oil/vicks but was so weird not being able to smell it

So I'm on day 16 now of still blocked up and when I blow I get the mucous out which clears it but can do this every hour. Last day of isolation tomorrow, anyone any tips how to clear it for good. Stopped feeling run down and sick now which is good.
