Where can I register side affects to the vaccine I had last week.

Is this just Scotland?

Google yellow card England or 'report vaccine side effect' and it's one of the top links. Bit tedious to fill in on a phone but worth it.

The first link is Scotland, the second is national (as MHRA covers all the home nations)

Yellow card scheme most important for officially reporting but also the Zoe covid app is collating info and looking for patterns. They've been really transparent about sharing their data and are often am early warning system for cases going up or down.
