Just that really. Had it once last March and feeling a bit iffy this week, wondering if it’s just a cold. Kids just back at school and a bit under the weather but none of the classic symptoms. Thanks!

I started coughing on New Year’s Eve, having had a slightly stuffy nose for a couple of days before. Went for a test that evening (great celebration, eh?). Felt a bit tired, so didn’t stay up to see NY in. Felt basically OK on NY Day, though quite tired in the evening. Went to bed at 9.30. Briefly had a temperature in the evening, but just for a few hours.

Woke up to a text saying I was positive, but temp was normal after that. Then it was basically 2 weeks of coughing (at times quite hacking) and lack of energy. Up and dressed every day, but couldn’t do very much. I would say it took me 4-5 weeks to get back to full energy.

Oh, forgot to say - had diarrhoea for a few days.

We think it was the new strain, because I caught it from DH who works in a care home, and after keeping it out all year, they had an outbreak at Christmas which ripped through staff and residents despite all the PPE and everything.

Very mild infrequent cough for a day or 2. Loss of smell and taste. Quite tired for one day. It was all very mild.

Strange taste in the mouth and sore throat. Hope you're all okay

Oh sorry and ridiculously tired, like pregnancy tired, kept closing my eyes

Thanks everyone. took a test in the end as had a bit of coughing too and it was negative. I'm still experiencing issues with smell and taste since from last March, so relieved i don't have it again!
