Would anyone be prepared to share their experiences of long Covid after a mild initial infection? I think it is possible that as a family we had Covid back last March (were in contact with family who 5 days before had returned from Italy) at the end of Feb. One of the DC had bad symptoms for four days, but has recovered, one had no symptoms and is still fine, one developed a cough and subsequently wheezes and coughs when he exercises. He’s 6. Both DH and I had a sore throat and cough after the first DC was ill. DH is also breathless on exercise, headachey and tired on and off, and I have felt exhausted, headachey and brain foggy all this year.
We’ve been putting most of this down to lockdown stress/ coincidence, but tonight DH wondered whether it might be long Covid related. Does ‘mild’ long Covid exist?
