Hi all
Had covid at the beginning of Feb (along with toddler daughter and partner). Symptoms weren't too horrible thankfully but had a bad headache/migraine and a muscle pain.
I (maybe naively) thought I had fully recovered. I'm a teacher and have been working throughout but went back to the classroom as of last week.
Yesterday I felt hungover and exhausted (despite having a relaxed weekend) and today I feel dreadful. I've had to take the day off as I have a terrible migraine, dizziness and general fatigue. I've slept 12 hours but feel tired still. I'm early 30s and although I've had loads of bugs since daughter started nursery last September, I'm generally healthy. I had a bad case of tonsillitis just before getting covid but am now wondering if being back in work (with a fairly long commute), I've just massively overdone it.
I really thought I was better. Any similar experiences? I know this wouldn't fall under 'long covid' as it hasn't been long enough?
