DH had his AZ vaccine yesterday and was given a card, listing the dates of his 1st and 2nd appointments. There was also space to write the batch number of his vaccine, but it wasn't filled in by whoever administered the jab. Is this information relatively unimportant (for us) or should we try to find out for our record keeping?
