I'm going to share my personal history. I got COVID and aproximatelly at day 12 when I was becoming better I had a attack. I was watching a sad movie at TV and that started suddenly I didn't know what happened to me, I felt a SAD filling my body and I lost my mind, my hart became to beat quickly, my hands and tongue was numb. I didn't know what was that and I had many crisis for 3 days till my father told me he felt the same. The name is panic crisis or anxiety crisis(watch videos on Youtube, they really can help you), its normal that that happened you under a stresful situation, you are Ok you are not sick, it's your mind(the vagus nerve) that was exited and take a time that it return to normal behavior, and It's very important that you lear what is that and how help your mind to understand what is happening, but the more important thing is that you are not sick, it's not a neurologic effect of Covid(that's a propagandistic term, not a fact). I'm a biochemist, there are too many inaccurate information about covid on Internet an TV. Take days to fully recovery because it's a very strong stimulation to your nerve but you will be Ok, I promes you!
