Armpit lump after vaccine?

Just posting here as I've seen quite recently that there are women getting lumps in their armpit region after covid vaccine.

I'm just shy of 3 weeks post vaccination, and I've also got one, could even be a swollen lymph node. A bit sore, more Malteser sized than pea.

Other than that feeling pretty well!

Anyone else?!

I think it's your gland and can be normal after a vaccine.

I had a small armpit lump following mine and quite a bit of pain in that area. It went after a week or so, though there is still some tenderness. It hurt more than the jab site.

If you are concerned at all though, do get it checked out just in case.

Following as interested in this. My dad is getting tenderness in both armpits and he is a couple weeks post vaccine. Thinking this may be quite a common side effect?

It’s a gland I think. I get it every time I have an illness, however minor. Even a toothache!

Yes I have this too. I was quite worried at first until I saw that others had had it too. Im 10 days post vaccine now its getting less tender and less swollen by the day now

Me too. About 2 weeks after the vaccine. Went away after about 5 days.

Its quite interesting that the lymph node just popped up though isn't it! I didn't realise that with any other vaccine I've had.
Still a bit sore, still a bit up, though definite decrease in size today =)

My glands felt like a golf ball the day after.
