Does having had gestational diabetes previously put you in group 6? I know some have been put in group 4 but what about the rest?

Nope. A history of gestational diabetes alone is not a risk factor and does not put you in a priority group. A history of GD or current GD AND other risk factors, does.

If you haven’t received a letter to shield then the GD thing doesn’t apply to you and you’ll be jabbed with your age group.

I received a shielding letter and a number of other women I know have. No Health problems only GD previously.
I was told that I received it because I didn't have a recent HBA1C. So I have been today. I'm not shielding. I'm frontline nhs staff and due my second vaccine anyways.
