Hello. I have recently tested positive for Covid .. my partner has just got his results back and he is postive too. We're now waiting for our 3 kids results in the next day or so.. I have been ill for going on 5 days now with bad symptoms such as
Headache,nausea,body ache,blocked nose /runny nose/cough,tightchest,fatigue.
It's draining the worst is the body ache everyday I can barley walk due to this body ache. I take tablets and lemsip for the flu symptoms. How long did everyone else's symptoms last? My partner is starting to get really poorly now and I'm scared how we will be with 3 kids and how poorly we are right now 😭

Really surprised by that as I didn't ask for them at all. Did they have a dr call you back or was it the call handler?

Really hope you feel better soon. Xx
@okokok000 hey! I don't know really I mean I feel a lot better but my chest is really weird it's like I'm breathless and don't manage to get a proper breath feels like a have a block in my chest that only allows so much breath I'm dizzy too today.🤔
This is exactly what I experienced too! I could only breathe in 1/2 way and then I couldn't anymore because I'd start coughing. I had to do next to nothing to keep my breathing under control. BUT it passed within a few days and I've been fine since! Hot steam helped a lot. And please if you don't have one, get an oximeter. Such a peace of mind! I have asthma so i was so scared I'd go down hill but my oxygen never dipped past 97 which put my mind at ease. (Heart rate was 120 from just walking up the stairs though!🙄🤣) They are really good to catch any warning signs early too just in case. Hope you're on the mend soon x
