This comes from the excellent research of Prof Shane Crotty's team at La Jolla institute. I've been watching a few YouTube videos where he's interviewed about the virus. The latest is this one, pretty long at 1.5 hrs, but worth dipping into if you are scientifically minded. It's based on this very recent paper:

The T cell theory has been around a while. Dr Michael Yeadon has been bullied off Twitter for it since it didn’t fit with the ‘current science’ only decades of previous science about immunity

It confuses me why it’s never mentioned
