My DH didn't get a card when he was vaccinated

Apparently you're supposed to receive a card to prove you've had the Covid jab, but no one told my DH and he wasn't given one. He said he didn't see anyone else being given one either.

Has this happened to anyone you know?

I went for my jab today at a different centre and got a card - and a sticker - DH is well annoyed! We thought it was the same as the vaccination passport.

I was really hoping for a sticker, but wasn't offered one. Does anyone happen to know that if you're done at a hub rather than your GPs, does the vaccination still show up on your NHS record so that your GP knows you've been done?

My parents got nowt. Fil is getting his today in a different town, I wonder if he got a sticker?

Download the NHS app, and log into it. You need your NHS number. It will be listed under 'prescriptions'.

All vaccines are logged using your NHS number. That is why vaccine 'passports' will work and won't be easily faked - they won't be based on a piece of paper at all.

Just been into my GP practice to get my vit b12 injection. On the screen the practice nurse could see I’d had my COVID vaccine.

I had my vaccine at a hub.
Hope this reassures people that the info is shared from hubs to GPS.

Didn't work for DS. His was done for work at a hospital and the GP still called him up.
