This is possible - but the government have chosen rising cases instead and are accepting of the deaths that will follow.

They could have chosen lower deaths. They could have chosen higher deaths.

Scotland is attempting a lower death strategy than England. Whether it works will be interesting to see over winter. The English deaths created by actions in summer 2021 will arrive in Winter 2021/2022.

We might manage to be out in public a bit more but the tax implications will be going on and on. how many billions have been spent? in addition to the normal stuff government spends on??

Our war debt was only paid off a few years ago, but we don’t say ‘the war lasted until 2017’ due to the financial implications, do we?
