Online vaccine booking system

If it lets you book does that mean you’re eligible? My Dad was told by his doctor to expect a message soon. He’s 63 and doesn’t think he’s cv, doesn’t seem to meet any of the criteria even though he has some health issues.
It’s letting me book him online but obviously don’t want to go through with it if I’m not supposed to.

If the system lets you book, then book your dad in. I have booked my mum’s second jab online.
I volunteer at a mass vaccination hub and if you have a booking reference you get the jab.

Booked! Didn’t want to wait until morning to ask him when he’d prefer so hope it’s ok

I've also booked today.
My reasoning is that it's the responsibility of the system to decide who's eligible.

My dad is CEV, didn't hear anything from his GP so tried online on the off chance and got a vaccine a few days later. Absolute shambles, if he hadn't taken the initiative, he would probably still be waiting
