Sorry posting for traffic. Our Easter break needs to be cancelled as it’s before 12th April. Should the host do this, or do I need to do it? And does it make any difference to my entitlement to the service charge refund (I believe you’re allowed 3 per year?)
Cancellation policy is flexible so that part is ok, am entitled to a refund. It’s just whether there’s any benefit to me if the host initiates the cancellation.
