Why has the number of people being vaccinated reduced over the last week?

Pfizer changed their manufacturing configuration a few months ago so it had a slight knock on effect on supplies for a few weeks. It takes about 3 months to create the vaccines it's not a immediate mix and supply thing

I know a couple of people who've had a second dose recently. Maybe that's ramping up and affecting the number of first doses.
