OK so when can I meet my family in Wales?

A bit confused really. My family is in Wales and I'm in England. I have a baby that they've never met because of the rules and lockdowns so am desperate to see them and for them to meet my daughter. When should this be allowed?

Looks like 17th May, when indoor mixing is allowed in rule of 6/one other household.

I think it will depend upon what the Welsh Assembly decide on, as well as the Westminster govt. I do sympathise, OP - I have Welsh family who haven’t met DS, who is 14 months now Sad
