Can I go on my Haven Holiday in April?

Camping, caravan parks, when are these open? I can't find any clear information .

The announcement hasn't been made yet... that's why you can't find any information.

At the moment the "roadmap" they're reporting on has this:

No earlier than 12 April
UK "staycations" away from home permitted, with self-contained accommodation able to reopen for use by members of the same household

So static caravan may be OK, camping not. Shared facilities will be the issue.

My partner is saying holiday let’s only from 12th May....holidays parks from 17th May.....but don’t quote me

12 April only applies to "self-contained
accommodation - those that do not require shared use of bathing, entry/exit, catering or sleeping facilities"

The next date is May 17, for "remaining accommodation"

When it says households, does that include bubbles? Could I go with my bubble on a self catering trip in April?

I would assume it means single household bubble....but not childcare or any other bubble??

I'm waiting for clarification too. I'm wondering if they will be allowed to open the caravans but not the pubs/swimming pools/clubs share facilities etc.
