For those who have had Covid twice, are you aware of whether you have infected someone the second time around?

I know it's merely anecdotal evidence at this point.

I'm wondering whether natural antibodies generated during the first infection have prevented transmission during the second one?

Assuming both times Covid infection was confirmed through proper testing.

I am thinking for example of somewhere where the vaccines hadn't yet been extensively rolled out.

Would an elderly person be running less risk if they were cared for by someone who had already had the infection (perhaps recently)?
