Can't book covid jab

Anyone else had this issue? A message from the GP surgery to book his Covid jab (genuine , it has all our GP details on it) but it won't accept DH's date of birth?

Try different ways of entering the date. E.g. if the dob is 1st January 1960, try 01 01 60 and 01 01 1960 and 1 1 60 and 1 1 1960 etc

The day and month are both double digit numbers

So perhaps try the year as two digits or four
