Health bosses in Leicester are urging people to fill up vacant vaccine slots due to low booking numbers.
Appointments are available to those aged over 65 and people who are clinically vulnerable as soon as tomorrow.
Low numbers have booked on today, tomorrow and later in the week at Leicester's mass vaccination site, The Peepul Centre.
While it's too late to make an appointment for today, there are slots ready to book for tomorrow and onwards.
A clinical commissioning groups spokesperson said: "People don't need to wait to be contacted by their GP and are free to make their own appointments via the national NHS website.
"We have had low take up today and for the rest of this week, perhaps because people are waiting to be invited. We'd encourage people to get online and make an appointment as soon as possible."
