I used to do a 60-mile round trip on a motorway at least once a week until this time last year. Now I haven't been out for more than a couple of miles in the car for many months!
Went out to do a click and collect for something we'd ordered and found myself feeling panicky on the dual carriageway - the noise of the road and the other traffic felt rather overwhelming. Sad

DH went to pay a cheque in at the bank's machine last week and couldn't remember his PIN as he's been paying by contactless/ Apple Pay for everything for months now!

I haven't set foot in a shop for almost a year now, it will be weird doing that again.

I don't like talking to people any more

I never had to get on a rush hour Tube, but even an average Tube is going to be a shock now.

Haven’t worn a bra for about 6months! Even the odd time I pop out it’s so cold so many layers.

Same here. Wore one today as I had to go to the optician. It felt weird!

I never really did!
