I had a bulging neck gland and sore throat on one side. It went away after a few days. I'm no stranger to recurrent symptoms with covid though, as I had occasional chills for many months, muscle aches and fatigue. Have you had a chat with your gp about it?

Is it glands and not your lymph nodes? It can take months for your lymph nodes to stop enlarging after a major infection. I had issues with them in my neck and chest after pneumonia. I had numerous scans, so they knew exactly what was happening. It's a normal immune process.

I had covid 8 weeks ago and my neck lymph nodes have swollen in the last couple of days. Just assumed I was coming down with something else. Could be another side effect I guess. I still have joint pain.
