Anyone fever but no cough?

I've been ill since last night. Crazy high temperature, cycles of fever/sweating then chills, aching muscles etc. But no cough or sore throat. Got a test this morning so result will be here by tomorrow hopefully, but in meantime interested to know if anyone who had COVID had these symptoms?

I didn't have a temperature at all but the cough came later for me. My first symptom was a headache and generally achy muscles, I had that for 2 days then developed cough.

My friend has no symptoms, was tested asymptomatically and their first symptom was a fever. Their cough arrived several days later.

I know a good few people who have said temperature/headache was the first symptom followed by a cough around day 3 and loss of taste and smell around day 5.

Yes that fits my timeline, taste and smell went on day 6. Currently day 8 and feel like I've turned a corner today but aware a lot feel like that and then go backwards again so just taking it a day at a time.

I never had a cough at all. I had headache, loss of taste and smell and one day my temperature went higher than normal.

Yes sounds exactly like my Covid symptoms. No cough either.

Yes headaches and fatigue and nasal congestion and horrible fever of 102 Fahrenheit for five days and today first day normal temperature. Biggest issue has been my heart rate. Three negative rapid swabs waiting on more definitive test results.

DH had a temperature one night - didn't develop any further symptoms. A few days later I lost my appetite & slight cough. DS had no symptoms - all of us tested positive.
