Chasing of home test results

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck getting a result once the results have been chased by 119?
I have been waiting for my results since Monday and called them today and they have put an email to the investigation team and said I should hear back in 24 hours,(although it could take three days)

Has anyone had experience with this? If so did you get an email response and did you get the results?

when I had a test in May, it took nearly a week to get the results, and several chasing phone calls. They'd mismatched the barcode and my phone number - so they were in an unallocated pile.

More recently, results back by text in 25 hours - I guess a bit quicker because I was tested at a centre, but that should only delay 24 hours maybe?
