Travel insurance for travel within UK

We are hoping to book a UK holiday at May half term but the accommodation would only give us 50 percent of the money back if we couldn’t go even if we couldn’t go due to tier system/lockdown.

Has anyone found travel insurance to cover this situation please?

We really want to book but I don’t want to be throwing money away.

Anyone?

Or am I being totally unrealistic?

We have a holiday booked with sykes for June. I rang them and they said if we couldn't go due to lockdown or tier system we would get a refund or could change the booking. Their travel insurance covers someone in the party testing positive for covid within 14 days of travel. The only thing that isn't covered (which I haven't found mentioned on any policy) is if you have to isolate due to contact with a positive case.
