Anyone's DC have rash symptoms?

Hi,
DD 9 developed blisters around mouth(can't see any inside, not sore) and on fingers yesterday. My first thought was hand foot and mouth but nothing on her feet at all. Also it's quite mild, seem to remember it being more severe jn DS1. She's a bit under the weather today (tired mostly) but has just felt a bit warm(temp was 36.4 but defo warm forehead). It all sounds v normal viral symptoms but I've just started to wonder if I should get her a Covid test or am I overreacting?
Anyone else's DC have a rash like that before testing positive?

I'm not talking from personal experience but younger children sometimes develop a covid rash, not my term. My friends son who is 9 got blisters all over his feet and tested positive.

I would get a test but more to rule it out rather than because I’m convinced that’s what it sounds like.

If at any point you choose to seek medical attention it’s likely that you’ll be asked if you’ve tested if only based on the temperature (the advice has been to go by touch for a while I think)p
